Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover the PCBSurf website at pcbsurf.com. By using it, you agree to them. The PCBSurf app will have its own terms.
Who we are
The website is operated by InterContinental Digital Technologies Inc. ("we").
The website and early access
The website describes PCBSurf and lets you request early access. Features, plans and prices may change before or after launch. An early-access request doesn't guarantee access, and we may limit or end it at any time.
Example designs
Designs shown on this website are illustrations of how PCBSurf works. They are not tested hardware, not engineering advice, and not offered for manufacture.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no submitting other people's information without their permission.
Your submissions
You keep the rights to the descriptions you submit. You give us permission to store and use them to provide early access and to operate PCBSurf. Don't submit confidential information you can't share.
Our content
The website's text, images, design and the PCBSurf name and logo belong to us. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
No warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 US dollars.
Changes
We may change the website or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the website means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of New Brunswick have jurisdiction over any dispute.
